| BETA 3 vR1.00 Patch was a success, the crashing is nowstill not fixed! (Waiting for 1. As you may know, the server is currently offline. This is due to me repairing and optimizing the server files whilst adding new content, to lift off some of the weight of maintaining a server from Cody. I have sent the files to Cody so he can put up the server ASAP (within the next few hours approximately).What I have done is some crucial work on server stability, performance and fixing large/small problems alike, and the changelog looks very impressive indeed, this new patch should theoretically be the end of the crashing, and if it doesn't fix it, I'll make sure it does in future updates. I know the server isn't up yet but here is the changelog (pasted from the official changelog that is sent along with the server files to Cody [it is slightly edited to minimise confusion]) Known Bugs (as of 11/9/11): - Mobs are still aggressive [will be addressed next hotfix] - Server Performance could be better - Moderators cannot delete warp points - Some death messages are grammatically incorrect (eg. 'RedEyex exploited by Warrio') - Quote :

NEW: Fixed Crashing Problems (Read Error) Removed Materials Kit Removed StreetLights and DynMap (v. Resource-heavy) Changed Kit timings (Iron = 24 hour Delay, Stone = 6 Hour Delay) Tweaked BigBrother to make it more efficient thus increasing performance Removed the plugin which saved the map every second thus releasing a lot more memory for other processes Added Mob Spawning Control Capabilities and capped the maximum amount of mobs to 300 (Tonight we dine in Hell) Sheep are now very rare
New Plugin; Friendly (Mobs are now Neutral and do not attack without being attacked) - Failed; Reported as Bug Added AutoReload; Reloads Server Plugins every 6 Hours Tweaked some Death Messages Added AntiCheat Methods Removed BukkitUpdater (Pointless) Removed AntiCreeper (PointlessSsssS and it didn't even work) Jobs (including all jobs within the plugin) are now fully functional Imported directly and improved the Job structure in CL2 Wiped Jobs user data Changed 'Coder' title to 'Admin' Made leveling on McMMO a bit harder (Classic CL Type Leveling) Wiped McMMO user data Removed Chickens, Skeletons and Creepers (thank the Lord) Restricted /home to VIP and above Removed VIP Hunter Restriction Removed teleporting abilities from VIP Limited Acrobatic Skill to VIP and above Fixed some plugin conflicts Fixed errors on startup Fixed invisible mob problem Fixed Jobs fetching incorrect stats and not saving data correctly Gave the /back function to VIP and above (as opposed to VIP+) Gave Taming, Archery and Excavation Skills to VIP (as opposed to VIP+ Only) Moderators no longer have the ability to kick everyone from the server Moderators no longer have the ability to kill with a command Moderators no longer have the ability to unban banned persons Moderators no longer have the ability to teleport everyone on the server at the same time to a specific point Member name colour is now white VIP+ name colour is now the traditional grey (as opposed to yellow) Tinkered with various settings to increase server performance

Any chance members might get the /home command back? Its killer trying to find your house every time you die unless you build right next to spawn =\ | |

Its killer trying to find your house every time you die unless you build right next to spawn =\ I'll look into it, I didn't remove it because I want it to be VIP exclusive, but it's easily abused and spammed so I'll see if I can add some cool down time for members. | |

| hey red i would really appreiate if u could adding the /home mod to members because its a pain to get from spawn now that it moved to the middle of nowhere.
